Refund policy

Our items are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds on such products unless they are damaged upon receival. We have a meticulous quality control process to ensure you get your item in the perfect condition.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a damaged condition upon arrival. Our items are created on a made-to-order basis. They are custom made specifically for you. We do not accept returns for items that have no defective or damaged issues.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rudeauthority.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item  so that we are able to evaluate the issue and make it right. Before accepting your return, we require a photo image of the damaged item in order to identify the issue. 


EXCEPTIONS

Certain types of items cannot be returned. CUSTOM products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return. We will only make an exception for damaged items upon receival. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS.
