Shipping policy
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO CUSTOM/DUTY FEES (DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN USA AND CANADA). Please ensure all SHIPPING & BILLING information is correct. We are not responsible for the wrong information entered at checkout. If your package is lost or seized due to misinformation, we are not liable. We will happily re-ship your order with the correct shipping details for an additional $50 USD.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 7Â to 21Â business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, you can expect a delay of up to 15 business days. We are not solely responsible for your parcel after it's departure from our fulfillment zone. If you have a lost package, we will help you track it down. However, we are not responsible for packages that are sitting at the postal office waiting for your collection. Postal offices usually discard items after a period of 2 WEEKS -1 MONTH if an item remains unclaimed.Â

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rude Authority. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rudeauthority.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.Â
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a damaged condition upon arrival. Our items are created on a made-to-order basis. They are custom made specifically for you. We do not accept returns for items that have no defective or damaged issues.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rudeauthority. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@rudeauthority.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
